Cenkon Biochemical Company is provided with over decade's experience of cosmetics OEM processing and marketing in this regard, capable of completely and systematically satisfying various demands of OEM and ODM processing required by clients from market scheming, design and R&D of product, production, purchasing and quality inspection of products to storage and logistics.
Cenkon Biochemical Company mainly undertakes processing and manufacturing of categories such as skin-care products, lavation products and nano-grade mask powder. At present, it owns 10 production lines and necessary equipment, with annual productivity of 6,000-ton lavation products and 2,000-ton cream products, capable of daily producing-filling over 30 varieties of products simultaneously, with daily filling capacity of over 100,000 pieces of products (calculated at 50 ml in each piece of product and daily production of 8 hours).
Cenkon Biochemical Company passed ISO9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification in 2002, and its production base built in compliance with GMP pharmacy standard owns a 100,000-grade sterile cosmetics production plant. Cenkon Biochemical Company is one of China's cosmetics manufacturers earlier introducing GMPC(Guideline for Good Manufacturing Practice of Cosmetic Products), which makes it possible to fulfill requirements of international market admission including that to European Union. Moreover, the Company implements this production criterion in its products for domestic market so as to ensure health of consumers after normal use of the products.
